Management NX Filtration sells a small portion of their holding

NX Filtration, the global provider of breakthrough direct nanofiltration technology for pure and affordable water, announces that its founder and CTO Erik Roesink and CEO and COO Michiel Staatsen have each sold a small portion of their holding in NX Filtration N.V., corresponding to respectively 0.28% and 0.17% of total outstanding shares. Each sale has been notified to the AFM for publication in their register. The main reason for Erik Roesink and Michiel Staatsen to sell a portion of their holding is to satisfy tax obligations and repay loans. After these sales, Erik Roesink indirectly holds 1,611,750 Ordinary Shares (approximately 3.2%) and Michiel Staatsen indirectly holds 967,050 Ordinary Shares (approximately 1.9%) in the capital of NX Filtration.
