NX Filtration nominates Piers Clark as member of the Supervisory Board

NX Filtration, the global leader in advanced membrane filtration technologies, announces today that it proposes to appoint Piers Clark to the Supervisory Board at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 15 July 2025 (EGM). Upon decision by the EGM, the appointment will be effective immediately after the EGM.
Dr P.B. (Piers) Clark (born 1969, English) has a broad experience and track record in the water industry. Dr Clark is the founder of Isle Group Ltd., a specialist management consultancy firm assisting utilities in adopting innovation. He is also the non-executive chairman of Ozo Innovations Ltd, a UK based company providing hygiene solutions, and non-executive chairman of Mode Labs Ltd, an Oxford University spin-out company that develops water sensors. He is also a Director/Member of the not-for-profit entity Tech Ascend Foundation Ltd which provides support to water sector entrepreneurs. Dr Clark was previously the Managing Director for the private equity fund Global Water Development Partners (GWDP), a Blackstone portfolio company. From 2010 to 2014 he was the Commercial Director of Thames Water, the largest of the UK water companies.
Dr Clark holds a first class BSc in Environmental Science and a PhD in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Southampton.
Following the appointment of Dr Clark, the Supervisory Board will consist of four members.
