Regional sales manager South East Asia

What will you be doing?
In the role of Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to drive business growth in South East Asia. Your activities will start with conducting market research, analyzing product market combinations and competitors, and developing sales plans. Key focus will be the execution of this sales plan: targeting OEM’s and end-users to create (new) business opportunities in existing and new markets, roll out pilot installations across the region, expanding NX Filtration’s network of OEM partners and agents, and visiting and participating at (international) exhibitions.

You will work closely with NX Filtration’s sales support department and other regional sales managers. You are responsible for sales in your region and will report directly to the Global Sales Director (Enschede).

What would we like to see in your profile?

  • Bachelor or master degree preferably in a technical area
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the water treatment and/or (membrane) filtration in a similar international sales role
  • Familiar with managing and contracting customers, prospects and business development, directly and via agents and OEM partners
  • Willingness to travel in the region
  • You are commercially driven, energetic and ambitious, result driven (hunter), a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind set
  • You are a strong communicator with knowledge of proper English, both verbal and written. Any additional language is an advantage
  • The ideal candidate is located centrally in the region
