Clean water for all
NX Filtration is your membrane partner for treating water and filtering beverages. We produce advanced hollow fiber membrane modules for nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration applications.
Our world is increasingly confronted with challenges around water scarcity and water contamination. NX Filtration’s membrane technology is capable of selectively removing organics from polluted water, including micropollutants, color, antibiotics, PFAS, bacteria and viruses. This has resulted in new and simple processes for the treatment of water, the reuse of wastewater and the production of potable water. We deliver robust products and innovative solutions enabling our partners to excel in sustainable membrane filtration applications.
Layer-by-Layer nano technology
Precise control of the membrane’s selectivity properties on a nanometer level based on a polyelectrolyte multilayer
Smart modules design
Module design for the most optimal flow conditions, while also ensuring high packing densities, low fouling characteristics, and back-wash ability
Sustainable production process
Energy efficient production process due to our unique in-line mixing concept and water-based coatings
NX Filtration’s founder Erik Roesink is professor at the University of Twente leading the chair Advanced Membranes for Aqueous Applications. He researches polymeric membranes, including the development of novel membranes and the application of membrane technology for water treatment, membrane bio-reactors and waste water treatment. NX Filtration has a strong network of Academic partners.
- Prof.dr.irErik RoesinkFounder and professor membrane science“Our hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes provide the next generation solution for emerging problems around micro-pollutants as well as a new, robust and versatile concept for water re-use applications.”
- Dr.irJoris de GroothNano technology scientist“At NX Filtration we understand the difference between a technological concept and a true solution for our customers. This mind-set has allowed us to rapidly introduce new products to solve the challenges of today and tomorrow.”
- Robert GerardWater and wastewater expert“Our direct nanofiltration replaces traditional multi-step filtration processes with a simple one-step solution. Our membrane products offers unique advantages in terms of sustainability, significantly reducing energy requirements and avoiding the use of chemicals.”
