Introducing the NX Ultra Integrated Rack

Meet the NX Ultra Integrated Rack: a compact, pre-engineered solution that simplifies the integration of NX Ultra 80 T ultrafiltration modules, reducing installation complexity while enabling efficient and scalable water treatment system design.

NX Ultra Integrated Rack.

The NX Ultra Integrated Rack is a compact, pre-engineered solution for the fast and efficient integration of NX Ultra 80 T ultrafiltration modules into water treatment systems.

By combining a small footprint, modular configuration and robust mechanical design, the rack simplifies system engineering, installation and future expansion. It provides OEMs, system integrators and end users with a standardized and scalable platform for a wide range of water treatment applications.

Designed for efficient integration

Small footprint
The compact rack design makes efficient use of available space, enabling high membrane capacity within a limited footprint. This makes it particularly suitable for installations where space is restricted.

Easy on-site assembly
The pre-engineered, modular design simplifies installation and module alignment on site. This helps reduce installation time, engineering effort and project complexity.

Modular and scalable
The NX Ultra Integrated Rack can be configured to suit different treatment capacities and plant layouts. Additional modules or racks can be incorporated as capacity requirements grow, providing flexibility for both new installations and future expansion.

Efficient system design
Standardized components, efficient use of materials and simplified engineering help reduce overall system and installation costs while maintaining reliable membrane performance.

The result is a compact, scalable and standardized rack platform that makes the integration of NX Ultra technology easier, faster and more efficient.

NX Ultra membrane technology
At the core of the Integrated Rack are our NX Ultra hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes. Manufactured using modified polyethersulfone (PES) chemistry, NX Ultra membranes combine high permeability with excellent chlorine tolerance and broad pH stability, supporting reliable operation across demanding water treatment applications.

Their inside-out configuration can be operated in semi dead-end or cross-flow mode, providing operational flexibility to manage fouling and optimize system performance.

NX Ultra membranes are suitable for applications including drinking water production, industrial water treatment and wastewater reuse, delivering reliable particle and microorganism removal with efficient operation.

Our NX Ultra membranes are also compatible with a wide range of commonly used standard UF module configurations, making them suitable for both new systems and replacement projects.
