Our portable test unit
Our Mexplorer test unit is designed to perform quick filtration tests with our MP pilot modules. The Mexplorer provides information on retention and fluxes that can be achieved within an hour with our complete range of hollow fiber MF, UF and dNF membranes. The unit is housed in a flight case to allow for easy transportation. You can provide samples of your feedwater for us to test in our laboratory, or we visit you on your site. We also offer the Mexplorer unit for rent as well as for sale so you can perform your own tests.
Our nanofiltration pilot installation
The semi-automatic Mexperience pilot installation was developed for long-term testing with a full size WMC110 dNF40 or 80 module. This way you can gain thorough insights in the behavior of our dNF membranes over a longer period of time, on a continuous basis. Datalogging allows for in depth analysis of the test results. After a thorough training from us the Mexperience can be operated by your own staff. The Mexperience pilot is available both for rent as well as for sale.
Our full scale nanofiltration pilot installation
Our fully automated Mexpert pilot installations were developed for maximum flexibility in all piloting circumstances. It uses our largest WMC200 dNF modules for the most realistic full scale testing results. Adapting running conditions, hydraulically cleaning the module, dosing cleaning agents, can all be controlled and monitored digitally. Datalogging allows for in depth analysis of the test results. After a thorough training from us the Mexpert can be operated by your own staff. We offer the Mexpert pilot system both for rent as well as for sale.
